There are however different types of barbeque that you can buy online and they all have different advantages. The classic barbeque has to be the charcoal barbeque which simply burns charcoal beneath a metal rack which holds the food. Using a charcoal barbeque is very easy as you can buy bags of charcoal that ignite when lit which makes lighting the barbeque very easy indeed, they are also very cheap and so is the charcoal and so for a cheap barbeque the charcoal barbeques are ideal. They also offer that smoked, flame grilled taste that only a charcoal barbeque can offer and this is the main reason that charcoal barbeques remain a firm favourite.
There are also gas barbeques and these offer a much more refined method of outdoor cooking. They allow you to cook your food just as you would using the oven indoors and so the cooking is much more controlled and therefore more likely to be cooked to perfection. Gas barbeques also offer a much more even cooking of the food and therefore they are more safe as with the charcoal barbeques the heat is not as even although it is rare that the food should not be cooked properly due to the way that the barbeques are designed to spread the heat out.
